Details and Quote
We look over drawings, specifications, planning application (if already submitted) and any planning conditions. An acoustic consultant will book a call with you to talk about the project in detail.
A quotation is put together, including surveys, site visits, drawing reviews, meetings, acoustic testing of existing structures, vibration monitoring or noise monitoring.
Site Visits and Meetings
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate dates and times for surveys, site visits or meetings. Site visits are usually an hour or two and involve walking round the site or the existing building.
Noise and vibration monitoring is usually performed during the construction phase and will have been requested in the planning application.
Report
Reports are put together by an acoustic consultant with the help of an administrator and are then checked by a senior administrator.
This process takes around one week, depending on the complexity of the project, we then email this out to you.
