Jonny Spratt
Acoustic Design / Director
Jonny has oversight of the operations of the business to ensure customers delivery is achieved efficiently and effectively. He manages the commercial element of the business and builds relationships with clients. Jonny also works with the acoustic consultancy team to provide site inspections and design advice in accordance with Approved Document E to new and converted developments.
Martin Hamer MIOA
Senior Consultant / Director
Martin is a qualified acoustic consultant with twenty years in the acoustics industry. His role at Spratt and Hamer, in addition to being director, includes overseeing all surveys, reports and design projects. Martin is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Acoustics and has a MSc (Distinction) in Applied Acoustics.
Nick Barber MIOA
Principal Consultant
Nick is an experienced Principal Acoustic Consultant with a BSc in Live Performance Technology. Nick specialises in Acoustic Design for residential projects, education and medical facilities. Nick is a member of the Institute of Acoustics and has been part of our team since January 2021.
Ben Bielicki MIOA
Consultant
Ben is an experienced Acoustic Consultant and has been a member of the team since 2014. His role at Spratt and Hamer includes visiting sites to perform acoustic surveys and noise and vibration assessments. Ben also produces acoustic reports and assists design projects. Ben is IOA certified for Acoustics and Noise Control and has a BSc Hons in Audio Technology.
Matt Hine
Consultant
Matt has been practising acoustic consultancy since 2007. At Spratt and Hamer he specialises in the production of assessment reports for environmental projects. Matt has a BSc (Hons) in Acoustics from Salford University and is a member of the Institute of Acoustics.
James Reynolds MIOA
Consultant
James is an experienced Acoustic Consultant based in our Northern Ireland office. James specialises in Acoustic Distribution and Building Acoustics. James is a Corporate Member of the Institute of Acoustics, has a Masters in Applied Acoustics and a Diploma in Acoustics and Noise Control.
Chris Thomas
Acoustic Engineer
Chris is an experienced acoustic testing engineer, specialising in Approved Document E 2003 Pre- Completion Sound Insulation Testing. Chris is an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Acoustics.
Chinedu Iwundu
Acoustic and Air Test Engineer
Chin is an experienced air tightness testing and acoustic testing technician, specialising in Approved Document L1A 2013 Domestic Air Tightness Testing, and also able to carry out Approved Document E 2003 Pre- Completion Sound Insulation Testing
Rhys Noble
Sound and Air Test Technician
Rhys is an experienced acoustic and air tightness testing engineer, specialising in Approved Document E 2003 Pre- Completion Sound Insulation Testing and Approved Document L1A 2013 Domestic Air Tightness Testing.
James Sayce
Project Co-ordinator
James works with the team to provide quotations, ensures efficiency in the day to day operations of the office and provides daily support to the leadership team as needed. James keeps track of the status of all our projects and arranges site visits and meetings.
Bethany Peacock
Administrator
Bethany manages the accounts process for Spratt and Hamer. She handles customer account enquiries, invoicing and credit control for all of our projects. Bethany also manages the reporting process, ensuring efficiency in the running of the office and provides assistance on quality matters.
Sam Wilkinson
Administrator
Sam works with the administrative team to provide quotations, ensures efficiency in the day to day operations of the office and provides daily support to the leadership team as needed.
